1. Services Agreement

By engaging the services of Nimbus Digital Training ("Company", "we", "us") or accessing this website (https://rvtools-lite.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Non-Affiliation Disclosure

Nimbus Digital Training is an independent commercial IT training entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Broadcom Inc., VMware, Inc., or Rob de Veij. RVTools is a freeware software utility created and copyrighted by Rob de Veij. VMware and vSphere are registered trademarks of Broadcom/VMware. References to software trademarks are purely for educational identification under fair use doctrine.

3. Registration, Billing & Cancellations

Corporate training sessions and individual cohort seats are secured upon acceptance of a formal quote or statement of work. Rescheduling requests must be received in writing at least 7 business days prior to cohort kickoff to reschedule without penalty.

4. Acceptable Laboratory Use

Cloud lab access credentials provided during training are strictly for individual student instructional exercises. Any attempt to export proprietary lab disk images, reverse-engineer lab architecture, or conduct unauthorized network testing will result in immediate termination of lab access.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Instruction is delivered "as is" to improve general administrative capability. Nimbus Digital Training does not warrant that participation will guarantee specific audit results, operational uptime, or employment advancements. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited strictly to fees paid for the instructional service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
